1) Approve the recommendation of the General Manager to hire Jaden Lacy as part-time Fitness Attendant $11.00/hour, Basketball Staff $11.00/hour, Tackle Football Staff $11.00/hour, and Flag Football Staff $11.00/hour.

2) Approve the recommendation of the General Manager to hire Jacob Perez as part-time Fitness Attendant $11.00/hour, Basketball Staff $11.00/hour, Tackle Football Staff $11.00/hour, and Flag Football Staff $11.00/hour.

3) Approve the recommendation of the General Manager to hire Jaycee Clark as part-time Fitness Attendant $11.00/hour, Basketball Staff $11.00/hour, Tackle Football Staff $11.00/hour, and Flag Football Staff $11.00/hour.

NEW BUSINESS

5. STREET DEPARTMENT

A. Approve the recommendation of the Commissioner and Superintendent to promote Clint Fly to Lead Man with a salary adjustment consistent with the current collective bargaining agreement effective May 3, 2021.

B. Discuss/Adopt Resolution 2021-16 approving the 2021 asphalt overlay program.

C. Discuss/Approve the purchase of bulk paint for road striping at $32,101.00; a budgeted item.

6. POLICE DEPARTMENT

A. Discuss/Approve recommendation of the Chief to hire Kathleen Griffith as a School Security Officer.

7. TREASURER’S OFFICE

A. Discuss/Adopt Resolution 2021-15 Resolution Designating Depository

B. Discuss/Approve Intergovernmental Agreements with the City of Herrin and the Williamson County Joint ETSB for oversight of the board’s finances.

C. Discuss/Approve Ordinance 3728 approving a lease funding agreement with U.S. Bank for funds dedicated to South Market Sewer Extension and improvements to the Industrial Park Lift Station.

D. Discuss/Adopt Resolution 2021-17 expressing official intent regarding certain capital expenditures to be reimbursed from proceeds of an obligation to be issued by the City of Marion.

E. Discuss/Approve two modifications to Questica to include fund balances and balance sheet activity imports for a maximum $4,050 each totaling a potential $8,100 in one-time charges; non-budgeted items.

8. MARION CULTURAL & CIVIC CENTER

A. Discuss/Approve the bid from GlassDoctor for office build out on second floor.

9. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT

A. Discuss/Approve bid from Skuta Construction for repair of sewer main located in alley between the 100 block of S. Liberty and S. Monroe using TIF funds.

10. PUBLIC AFFAIRS

A. Discuss/Approve the hire of Kiley Gould to the position of Deputy City Clerk at $21/hour, full-time, non-exempt effective May 10, 2021.

B. Discuss/Approve project agreement with White & Borgognoni Architects, P.C. for design and management of the City Hall renovation project.
