1)   Approve payment of Invoice #5136 for Consulting Services for September 2019 for $3,000.00.

      1)    Approve Lawler Brown invoice for $81,162.13 for invoices between December 2018 to present.

                   1)   Approve payment of the Professional Services Agreement for the establishment of the Residential TIF District I First Installment $6,250.00.

                               1)   Accept resignation of Part-time Dispatcher Emily Kelley effective August 9, 2019.

                               2)   Approve purchase of Ford Transit Van 350HD Extended, High Roof Tactical Van with NIJ III Level Vehicle Armoring from International Armored Group US, Inc. for $127,200 with funds provided by the Harrison Bruce Foundation.

  1. ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS

                               1)   Approve Ordinance 3557 amending the City of Marion’s liquor code.

                               2)   Approve Ordinance 3561amending Animal Control Ordinance 3497.

 

  1. CITY CLERK’S OFFICE

                   1)  Approve payment of CivicPlus Invoice #189236 for $5,000 for CivicClerk Agenda Management System first year license and implementation.

 

  1. ZONING BOARD

                               1)   Approve appointment of Greg Stettler as Zoning Board Chairman.

                               2)   Approve Ordinance 3559 re-zoning City owned property (part of PIN 06-17-200-034 and 06-17-400-016) from Industrial Zone District to R-A Rural Agriculture Zone District.

       1)   Approve Ordinance 3555 approving the termination of the Marion Golf/Residential Tax Increment Financing District Redevelopment Project Area, Plan and Projects.

       2)   Approve Ordinance 3556 approving and authorizing the execution of a second amendment to the TIF Redevelopment Agreement by and between the City of Marion and Perfectly Posh Boutique, LLC.  Marion HUB Tax Increment Financing District.

                               3)   Approve Ordinance 3558 Marion Highland Street Tax Increment Financing District.  An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of a Tax Increment

                                    Financing (TIF) District Redevelopment Agreement by and between the City of Marion,

                                    Williamson County, Illinois and 500WD62959, LLC.

                                4)  Approve Ordinance 3560 Marion North Commercial Tax Increment Financing District. 

                                    An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of a Tax Increment Financing

                                    (TIF) District Redevelopment Agreement by and between the City of Marion, Williamson

                                    County, Illinois and LAMA, LLC.

                                5)  Approve Ordinance 3562 Marion Highland Street Tax Increment Financing District.  An

                                    An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of a Tax Increment Financing (TIF)

                                    District Redevelopment Agreement by and between the City of Marion, Williamson

                                    County, Illinois and 1101-1109NH62959, LLC.
